The role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you'll help make sure every product that leaves Agostino Foods' USDA certified plant in Fallsington, PA meets the company's high standards for safety, consistency, and quality. You'll work closely with production teams, performing inspections and checks throughout the process.
Product inspection: inspect raw materials and finished products to confirm they meet quality and food safety standards.
Sampling and testing: collect and test product samples throughout the production process, recording accurate results.
Documentation: maintain clear, accurate quality control logs and reports for every batch and shift.
Regulatory compliance: support HACCP and USDA compliance, following all food safety protocols at all times.
Equipment checks: calibrate and verify scales, thermometers, and other quality control equipment.
Team collaboration: work with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
